Amazingly Functional and Clean Room!

The room has a really functional layout and everything looks very clean. The bathroom matches this quality. I find all necessities available, and I receive a beautiful breakfast basket each morning! The hosts are very friendly. They even arrange everything with thoughtfulness and love. The location works wonders, and it only takes a quick, easy walk to the station and town.
The shower pressure was not great, and the single mattress may need replacement soon. This detail is the only aspect that I think it can be improve.

I received a good breakfast basket to my room. It seems like breakfast is served on trays. I did notice some ingredients that seem very cheap.

My room comes well equipped. I even find an iron and a mini ironing board. There is also a mini fridge, a TV, and a hairdryer for my use.

The location is in Stratford. It allows for a short walk into town. The accommodation provides a car park. This has proved to be a bonus because of the central town location.

i appreciated the friendly greeting from iain. finding the location was straightforward. the breakfast box offered good quality food. parking was convenient.
The room's sound proofing wasn't good. traffic noise was noticeable since my room overlooked the main road. condensation was present on the windows. It may indicate poor seals.

The owner was cute. He oriented me to the area. He also adjusted my breakfast time. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The location is a short walk to the town centre. I also found the train station to be easily accessible from here.
The shower pressure could have been better. The mattress also requires replacement.
